'The best way to satisfy your own hunger, is to feed others.’
Joanne Fedler
The Angel Network Australia is hosting our first International Women’s Day event to celebrate you, the wonderful women of our community and women everywhere, who hold up so much of the world.
The Angel Network is built on love and openheartedness which enables us to make a huge difference in the lives of many people.
This is an occasion for us to reflect on and appreciate the abundance of our lives which enables us to be generous to others.
We are excited to have Joanne Fedler as our guest speaker. She is an internationally bestselling author, writing mentor, feminist, activist and ocean swimmer. She is the author of 15 books including, When Hungry, Eat about her immigration to Australia from South Africa.
Joanne will talk to us about the paradox of feeding others when we are ‘hungry,’ and the Great Hunger we all live with – to connect, to live meaningfully, to know we have left the world a kinder place than we found it.
Please come join us for an evening of connection, nourishing food and surprise giveaways.
The Angel Network is enriched by women like you.
Everywhere, women enrich the lives of others.
This is a chance to celebrate our shared compassion and humanity – the ‘ubuntu’ that connects us all.
The Event will be held on 8th March 2023. Please email us for details and booking:
We aim to feed 900 children in the impoverished area of Langa, Cape Town. With your help we aim to adopt this soup kitchen and feed as many children as possible daily, and in this way honour and remember Hannah and Ben Chait
The Angel Network Australia is currently supporting the charity, The Angel Network (SA), to deliver food and basic necessities to impoverished communities and those most affected by the pandemic.
The current mission of this charity is to raise funds to help alleviate poverty and social injustice.
What can be more significant than to pass on some of the resources we have been blessed with, to those who are struggling to survive?
Thanks to the donation from our first Australian Angel, JSHealth, we are very excited to fund this soup kitchen in a school in Salt River (Western Cape, South Africa) which is in dire need. This will be a hub for children to be fed, feel safe, and learn to grow their own vegetables, too. The hub will also offer a safe space, and offer trauma counselling.
The Angel Network Australia (TANA) is a public benevolent institution with DGR endorsement.
TANA is not affiliated to any one charity but offers assistance to established welfare organisations or any other cause or individual in need.
The Angel Network aims to assist whenever and wherever help is needed.
"There can be no greater gift than that of giving one's time and energy to help others without expecting anything in return".
